Need more info!! Complete diff hub to hub? Just the diff nugget? locker type or non locker? Just a housing?

Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

Just out of interest how'd he manage that? the reason I ask is i'm going to be using an 80 front diff in my next project but may not if there week or may put in better quality ring and pin.

Also there just an 8" high pinion so be cheaper to get a prado one? I think there the same, someone else may know.

From memory prados only come in 4.3 and 4.8's

80 front diffs are notoriously weak in reverse cause of the reverse cut gears. I try and never put any load on mine in reverse and its been ok so far touch wood. If I were you jase id be cutting and shutting housings to put a 9" head in its place (same splines as an 8")

haha i am a bit too embarrassed to put them up. when i get them all i will put some up. So the guy who blew the diff has decided he is going to change ratios front and back and is therefore only looking for an actuator now as his got stuffed when the diff went.
