Changing Diff Oil

Hey guys I'm going to change the trucks juices this weekend - wondering what diff oil you recommend and if there's a walkthrough online anywhere?
If anyone knows where to download a factory service manual for a 91 1.6l escudo that'd be a big help.

I've got a manual in electronic form, pm me you email address and I'll send it to you.
The diff and transfer case oils are 75W/90, 80W/90 can be used. If you have a lsd in the back you'll want to use LSD oil.
Easy to change the oils, drain from the bottom plug and fill through the top plug until it comes out the hole your filling it through.

Is the transfer case oil worth doing at the same time? Looks a bit trickier than the diffs/gearbox

Up to you, its almost as easy as doing the diffs.

Yup, churchill is onto it, easy peasy to do all the oils. Might as well do the gearbox and transfer case while you are at it. I used valvoline duragear when I did mine, going fine 40k later.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that you want to also buy the $25 oil transfer pump from supercheap or ripco, makes changing the oils much easier.

Thanks fellas, should keep me busy tomorrow. Going to do engine oil/filter and fuel filter at the same time.
Should purr like a kitten after that

If you are already spending up large you might as well grab a set of spark plugs too, or at least check the gap and clean your old ones. Then it really should run very nice

Just make sure you can open the filler plug before you drain all the old oil. I learned that lesson the hard way, drained all the old oil and then realised i couldn't open the plug to fill it back up.

I learnt this the hard way haha both diffs filler holes stuck tight, of course after I drained them
$65 for a square socket set later, at least I had the tool to open them, but the back one was too shagged to open. The front one finally gave, making me punch the block and fill the air with some choice words
Flatmate heated the back diff plug with the welder and it opened no problem.
All done though, and the truck still goes which is a bonus
