1.6l EFI Escudo Valve Clearance?

Probably going to do the timing belt this weekend, thought I'd have a look at the valve clearance at the same time as it's quite noisy.
Anyone know what the recommended clearance is? I have two FSM's with two different answers, one of which seems to be a slightly different G16 motor without a distributor.
