efs leaf springs anygood?

are efs leaf springs any good ? do they sag quick? nice ride? looking at 3 inch ones

have been running efs springs in the hilux for the last 6months, very happy with them, ride is nice, have given them a very good working out and no sag so far.

one other question with 3 inch lift do you have to extend bump stops to stop spring inverting?
