wheel flare replacement help needed

Hi Guys
After suffering damage to the factory wheel arch hard plastic flares, I am looking for a better way.
A guy I know reckons there is a soft rubber flare made for the wheel arch. Does anyone know if these are available?
1991 SWB GQY60 TD42 safari.
DTS turbo kit.
