Have you tried Transmission and Diesel or Truck Stop?
Just a matter of getting onto a good parts guy that won't leave you with a "dunno or we don't have them" and will get off his arse and look around for you.

I was chatting to a Donaldson distributor about these just before Xmas, we use their oil filters in the workshop and I have sold heaps of their air rams. Great products and range, we are starting to sell more of their bulk tank filters too, and hard to beat their diesel inline pre-filters - we fit a good number of these too.

If you have no luck up your way give me a shout, happy to sort something.
