We had problems removing td27t motor from gearbox.
The sump was hitting the front diff, we ended up unbolting the clutch and leaving it in the bell housing to give us some more space. We also jacked the gear box up. Is there an easier way to get the motor back in IE drop the front diff, slide the gear box back i dont want to destroy a brand new clutch if i can.

Can be quite a bit of work first off. Depends if you drop the cross members too. I have set mine up with the 4 bolts through the first cross member with the nuts on the front so you don't have to take the torsions out to do the front diff. Mind you i don't have any sway bars
They are kinda a jigsaw puzzle. You have to remove this to get at that, to remove this to get at what you finally want to
Best of luck.
