need to no what the spacing is for the points on a 86 1800cc petrol z18(s)

it's my sons truck he had a look on google but couldn't find anything so hence we have put up on here.

You will be close at .020" = .51mm. not sure of the conversion but 20thou will do it.

If fitting new ponts make sure the contact surface is clean and a small dab of grease on the block that rubs on the distributor cam.

yep .18 too .22 thou. so 20 is bang on. if it is the twin points 8 plug model set both up the same and run 98 octane. dwell meter is better
