Offroad-Express

In the process of replacing the brake shoes and cylinders on my Hilux, I managed to stuff the little U shaped snap ring that holds one of the handbrake components on. This is what I've broken. Where can I get a replacement? Can I just use a circlip? The springs etc are all still in one piece but quite rusty. Do they sell kits with all/some of the extra components?
It's part number 47601C on here

checked all my brake parts nick, the part numbers look the same as cruiser stuff but I could only find a pile of old drums and backing plates with nothing on them I've biffed most of that shit coz everything I've got is disc brake now

Circlip with a washer behind will be fine.
