Keep in mind that there will be much less airflow with a rear-mounted radiator so you'll probably need a bigger radiator with a very good electric fan(s).

hey is it a chopped down vitara or windowless coz otherwise thats a pretty massive heater to be running in an enclosed truck 24/7 :?:

personaly if I was doing one I'd look at steel tube through any parts it had to travel through the cab (insulated/ducted/screened whatever) if you cant run anything underneath and I'd put some pretty good thought into the radiator location to keep it well back or screened from the seats and cab area coz boiling water can cause 3rd degree burns and serious injury if something goes wrong

All good thanks for your throughts ay been thinking of mounting a big v8 radiator in the back with twin electric fans out of a car (get it out of a car in pick a part). Ive chopped the back window out of the rear door of my zuk and was hoping having the air from the front doors would pass through and get the fans pushing it back out the rear door opening. Has anyone used copper pipe? Was thinking of using the stuff plumbers use? Only throught was if i was to run a aluminium radiator would copper pipe to aluminium rad course a problem with them being two different metals?

Cheers
Tim
