Ignore, now sorted :)
Ok, just a very quick check of what's out there. I have a Niva lined up which I will likely procure however before I do that I wanted to make sure there wasn't anything more exciting in ORE World
So I'm looking for a 4x4 doesn't really matter if it is legal (although that would be a bonus lol), up to about 1500bux. Open to ideas at this stage but ideally:
Niva
SJ413
Vitara/escudo
Series landy
SWB Paj
Jeep
Cruiser
Rugger
etc
etc
Cheaper the better and would need to know by late this evening at the latest. Don't mind travelling but if SI it would need to be legal otherwise getting it back to akl would be prohibitive due to costs.
Have at it!

Re: WTB: 4x4 Upper NI/anywhere
I have a SWB pajero 1990 2.5TD im about to put it up for sale just getting a 3 month rego this week for it, put 1000kms on the RUCs and got a brand new WOF. Has 31" mint A/T goodyear wranglers on it, raised rear and wound torsion bars. Im looking for around $2700 depending, might be a bit out of your budget though. Let me know if you are keen.
Cheers

Cheers dude, sounds a good price but I'm trying to downsize to a daily driver (which I have) and a dedicated 4x that doesn't owe me too much... woulda kept the Nav otherwise

Muahahahaha yes indeedy!
Will hopefully pick up on the weekend, just waiting on payment for the Nav then I can start making plans.
Comes on fairly roadgoing tyres by the looks so will have to track down some cheap/second hand muddies with proper tread fairly asap.

You can borrow my muds for the time being if you like, all they're doing is limiting the parking space for my Mini
Also, gimme a bell when you get it, I'll come over and have a look at it
