With 31s on and some lift. My highway driving has become a workout!
Anyone have experience with the truss kit and stabilizer?
Is it compatible with power steering Vitara?

Before adding a dampener, you first need to work out the problem that it will be masking!

What are the issues when driving on the road?

Agree with previous comment, I have 30s (muds) with 3" lift and do 1000km round trips often when going hunting without any issues. What exactly is happening for you ?

I agree with the others. I have 30.5" tyres, 50mm of lift, no sway bar and the truck is well behaved on the road.

Alignment is not perfect, but truck wanders a lot on the road.
Separate issue but there is a specific patch of road on the way to work that is smooth. When the road is wet I am down to 60km with the 31s as the combination of mud tires, alignment and wander is too much.

thats probably a good place to start to see where all the steering geometery is currently at as well as checking steering componants for wear and a check of wheel ballance
edit*
what was the steering like before playing around with the spring and suspension combination?
V6 springs + VL Commadore shocks

I didn't really drive it much between when I bought it, and when I started making changes.
It was different to my LN106 Hilux...
Seemed ok, not sure.

It is not a good idea to add a dampener to mask issues like that as it needs to be fixed properly.

what does it feel like ?
is it a vibration through the steering wheel or the seat of your pants?
vibration in the steering is generally related to the front end . A-arm ball joints , wheel bearings and steering rod ends is where I would start looking
through the seat of your pants is likely rear end related .
a swaying feeling is generally panhard hard or link arm bushes . vibration that changes with revs or acceleration / deceration is likely related to drive train.
I found my larger wider mud tyres actually masked issues .

I had this problem, turned out to be the rubber bushes between the 2 universals.
Check out my fix:

Saw a major change when the suspension was changed again. Put Spring spacers all round, and C33 springs in the back to replace the V6 springs. More weight on the front wheels, and most of the looseness is gone.
