Suppose I'll kick this one off.
Removed front bar and winch. Replaced negative brushes and put it all together again. The winch hasn't gone that fast in ages

Well I went off road today (does driving on the front lawn count

)
Apart from moving the truck to mow the lawns... That's been about it...
But next week its going in the garage so I can drop the trans and fix the seal between the torque converter and box....And give it a trans flush at the same time....As well as some tweaks for the Easter challenge...Need to mount the lights and open up the shear pin hole to the next size !

Fixed ARB bar indicators. Ripped them out and replaced with Repco trailer LED lights.
Now they work and should I need to replace one I have sorted the mount so I can get them off from behind the bar - not through the front...

Standard Disco one, I have a spare if you want to cut and fit? They are quite a mint unit and easy to adjust.......

Any one got an idea of how long it's been there and if anyone is going to try and get it out or not?

Got my new mud tyres fitted (finally) with heavy duty tubes in them, but one tube seems to be faulty, deflating from the valve

looks like the A/T is going back on, and a rated hook monted on the front, no more towing from the sway bar and ripping it out... And pretty much all set for Waimiha safari!

Went in to Rallywoods to concrete in a post and wait for the expected rain showers to see if the roof is still leaking like a sieve..................
Fixed post with MikeL200's help

Expected rain didn't arrive as forcast.
Then about 10pm some guys turned up in their wagons for the weekend.
I mentioned a night drive could be in order and they were keen as mustard
Thought I would take them down Fark Hill and up the rockslide.
We got down ok, up the creek, onto the rockslide, then the smelly stuff hit the big spinny thing.
First wagon(surf) blew both top and bottom radiator hoses 15m from the top.
Second wagon shredded both front and rear axles half way up (454chev with nitrous will do that, wasn't my fault as i was in the passengers seat).
Third wagon lost rear transfer case seal at the bottom.
So turn around time and head back up Fark Hill.
Then a couple of hours winching/driving/dragging the two 40's up followed by the drive-less cruiser(at least he could winch up as it was a pto winch).
Did I mention that the rain decided to set in, was a good old fashioned West Coast Style down pour.
So around 2am when the lead wagon lost battery power, 20m from the top we decided to walk back to the hut. Interesting walk up there in the dark when it is wet.
So leaving all the wagons behind to recover the next day, only took 3 hours in the the dry and daylight.
One or two of you may know the big block cruiser

Makes those 35s look small

Not really suited to Rallywoods conditions but should be up at the next Mudfest
Hell of a nice group of guys, couple of them new to 4wding but we should see them out again sometime
Also new addition has been made to the fireplace up there and works bloody well. The plates can be removed

After finding some wet rear belts and boot carpet.....
Spent a couple of hours sealing the rear quarter mouldings and louvre vents. Then cleaning out all the old dust, dirt and water.

Ha, the bars survived the rollover, so technically they're free, and I sure as shit cant sell them. I dont really like how they look (ugly as hell!), but shit they do the job, saved my ass so many times, so theyre going bak on with the winch and new half remade sides (I have flares now and one was bent dragging it back onto its wheels.) I may look ar remaking the front at a later date...

Went up north from shippies round to herikino on sat and up through the pines, Broke another cv halfway through the trip so it was rear tires down to 8 psi and engine full revs the rest of the way down the beach haha, should start carrying a spare one.
Then when we got back to shippies a drunk guy had backed his truck over the bank with just his front weels holding up, had to get the fire truck to winch him out.
fun day all up
