Just a quick question to any one who has converted a rear paj diff from open to a locker.
It all started with the rear diff case breaking. ive then got another case
from the wreaker`s, along with a locking diff he had on the shelf.
The case went into the body ok along with the diff head. well this is where it gets intersting, i put the right hand shaft in and can only "feel" the shaft engage about 5 - 6mm into the spider gear.
Ive looked through the various forums and cant find any reference to this side.
Ive cut the left hand shaft down by 15 mm and this side seems to be ok.
Just asking if anyones had experience of this and can advise
