Pull the cluster apart so u hold speedeo unit in hand then think u can adjust it there from memory, we put a electric one in a cable truck and had to adjust it

You may have to take it to a specialist if it is a electronic one ( or use the drill on the sender unit )

I have had to do this a few times. If it is not an lcd type, I have found you can carefully insert something with a fine edge between the number you wish to change and the one next to it and twist it slightly to spread them apart a little. This disengages the little pins/gears and you can turn it to wherever you like. Saves stripping the thing right down, but I cannot stress enough the words carefully, slightly and little above!
