WTB Jeep rims and cheap/blown Winch

Hello. I am after a set of 16x7 jeep rims. (5 on 4.5 pattern). Needs to be about 3.5" or less back spacing (-12mm offset).

Also after a cheap winch. Up to $300. Will consider a warn with a blown motor also.
