Challenger mud tires?

Hi all. I have a mate who has just brought a 1996 Mitsubishi challenger. He’s not looking to do much with it just recovery hooks and an extra set of wheels suitable for mud. Tires at the moment are 265/70/15. What is the biggest mud tire he can fit? 31x10.5x15?

at standard height , yes that's about it, wider offset on the rims will help,
