Fabricators in Auckland?

Post by LT1-62 »

Anybody know of any reputable fabricators in the Auckland area? Semi contemplating springing over my truck and was wondering who to go to regarding this mod, looking for someone who is competent, realistically priced, and can live up to deadlines...Thanks in advance, Matt.

I might have alot cheaper option.... I'm not certain I think my hilux hi-steer arms might fit  if they do they have a similar lift to the snake ones and I can make the tie-rod and drag link to fit $900 for the whole kit n cabodle
http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz/modules.php?set_albumName=Project-Lemon&op=modload&name=Gallery&file=index&include=view_album.php&page=2

I have a set all made up , another option if you were keen is I can make tierods to take your current balljoints if you wanted to save some more money

Just another option

If your keen let me know and I'll track down a cruiser to see if they fit

Cheers Reece

Sounds good Reece. Id certainly be interested in knowing if these will fit my truck since the price is definitely right. I am not totally committed to the idea of doing an SOA yet though as I am also considering dropping a similar amount of cash on a full set of superior drop shackles, and cleaning up the underneath by doing a U-bolt flip in the rear, and buying some of Oldblue's recessed spring plates for the front. The main motivating factor for going SOA though is that with my current lift I cant get to the bumpstops because my 35"s rub, and the superior shackles will give me crazy droop but wont actually give me any more lift to prevent rubbing. It'd be nice to know which setup would give more flex...

Right I've been told hilux arms will fit .... in fact they are the same right up untill the 74 series cruisers, except for the LJ70 which had a backwards setup

If your keen to go with these arms, let me know
