new 88 hilux project

brought this 88 hilux from the west coast it had been sitting for at least a year and abused on a farm for most of its life. plan is to turn it in to a fun 4wd to go and play in. bit of work to do first though will see how i get on

Doesnt look like its been tooo abused at least from the outside. Same as my truck except mines double cab. Petrol or diesel?

haha good from far far from good its a 2.4 non turbo diesel just taken the rust off chassis that wasnt to bad but brake lines and fuel lines are all rusted so i will be replacing them soon but i will hopefully finish replacing all the wheel bearings this weekend

Mines just a bit of a daily driver / mud hack. 2.2 carby, $45 paint job lol. theres a project thread on here somewhere
