disco 300tdi performance up grade

had my manual landy for about a year now. have done most of the offroad mods i wanted to do apart from difflocks.

so now time for a bit more power. done alot of surfing on the net and have come up with a plan of attack

motor is in really great nick. little or no blow by. just done cam belt. will be replacing big end bearings before mods as just clicked over 320,000ks.

i have already opened up exhaust (mufflers removed)
front mount intercooler on order
egt gauge on order.
boost gauge on order .
boost controller arrived.
oil pressure gauge arrived
3 gauge pod holder on order

plan is to install all of the above. have already removed air con pump and air con radiator for space for the front mount. also will remove old intercooler and blank off space with alloy sheet so fan/shroud still does it job.

max safe boost is said to be 16psi

i have read that 720 c is the max exhaust temp for pre turbo.

will put up picks etc while doing it.

though could be awhile as have scooter safari next weekend and then jetboating trip over to the coast. so bear with me

any help or info would be great
