Question about safari's

Post by Dirtydog »

Just looking at some pics of the new safari/patrols and noticed that they use the same shock/spring toweres as the GQ?

Are they the same chassis just with different gear?

no at some stage dropped down to a 3 litre turbo, first ones tended to blow up in the engines, newer one have the bug fixed
have a lot of refinements in suspension,

The Gu's are a bit wider in the front and also feature stronger CV's. It is common for the inch challenge and comp trucks to put a Gu front housing in there Gq;s.
