You will have to fit oxygen bottles as well as the air is quite thin up that high, why do you want to go so high?

7 inches is pretty high and would need alot of modifications, I have a shorty with a 3inch lift and that is plenty high enough, even 3 inchs seems too high.
What sort of driving are you going to do?

It's in regards to Ramp Over Angle, Longer wheel base needs to be lifted higher to have the same ROA as a Short wheel base

So is that the only thing it affects?

Other way round, e.g. 3" on LWB equals 4" maybe 4.5" lift on a SWB depending on truck.

Does it come down to what brand of springs you use, I can not see why there should be a difference in ride heights between swb and lwb unless some has used swb spring in a lwb or vice versa?

isnt it because the springs are how would you say it tougher because of the weight of the long wheel base..
Re: NISSAN SAFARI LIFT?

by crazyclark31
yes but they are made to suit that vehciles weight so a 3in kit for a shorty should give the same lift as a lwb 3in kit in a lwb.
Different brands give different lifts and the age and spring rates all affect the actual lit height

If only you could do a spring lift without worrying about all your other factory components.
This is where I started looking for mine (Note: SWB):
http://www.suspensionstuff.com.au/shop/ ... ts_id=1345In the end your upwards of $4000 AUD for components alone.
