Welcome!

Get a Jeep! lots of power and f**k all fuel economy

Nah but seriously, terrano is a good 4WD to start with, was my first 4WD a few years ago. Learnt heaps in it, then i moved on to a big LWB Safari, and now on to the Jeep Wrangler.

Keep an eye out for local trips etc on here and join in! Best way to meet people and have fun!

Cheers

Welcome Jay,
Terrano ain't all that bad. As per your last post, you have some skills that will help with the "enhancements". Push the Nissan as far as you can, at least you won't need to do any engine repairs to it :P
You will need to up grade the steering a bit. Tried Woodhill yet?

Cheers,

There's a lot of people on here with Terrano's and all have a wealth of knowledge in modifying them!! (I'm still learning  )

Best thing I've done so far on mine is 2.5" exhaust from the turbo... Really opened it up. A bit more grunt, Keeps EGT's lower and sounds pretty cool too.

yeah, a terrano is a good place to start, good engine, just put some mud tyres on and boot it everywhere till you get sick of getting stuck then get something with live axles and a PTO winch :) welcome to the world of 4wding
