GLX Landcruiser 91 Gearbox

Is there any difference in the gearbox of a GLX 91 Lancruiser and a 80 Series one?Will a 80 Series 12 Valve bolt straight into a GLX 91 Landcruiser?
Third question, does anyone have a tired 12 Valve engine I can buy and get rebuilt. Or a 80 Series reck I can buy, preferably with a manual box. Just want to get my hands on a 12 Valve engine.
I am wanting to get myself into a rebuilt manual 12 Valve 80 Series.
Appreciate any help.
