righto samr deal as the AGM minutes I posted not long ago
it seems I cant do anything on the Kiwi website so having to resort to posting the minutes on here
In the future I will hopefully be posting these so that only club members see them via an email

July 2012 Kiwi 4x4 Club Meeting
Meeting opened 8.09pm - 04.07.12
Present - Reece, Marty, Nick, Mike, Rob, Jerry, Skid
Visitors - Lyn, Paul

Minutes of previous meeting - Mike, Jerry
Matters arising - None
Correspondence in - Lift Autority Card information
Financial report - Now Account $361.84, Challenge Account $4319.69
General Business -
Rallywoods firewood incident was discussed and this is an issue for immediate future resolvement.
Special General Meeting has been set for Wednesday 3rd October. Remits need to be in no later than 5th September for constitutional changes in order for the club to progress.
Rob/Malcolm need a 3rd member for Costa Tuff Truck Challenge on 1/2 September
Day/Visitor membership fees were discussed and set at $10 plus the trip fee. If you attend more than 2 kiwi trips then you should really look at becoming a member.

Next meeting is on Wednesday 1st August, 7.30pm at the Station Cafe, Lower Hutt
anybody got anything they want putting in? or trips /events to advertise etc?
