KZJ78 Diff

Post by Henry »

Hi

I have a KZJ78 with a 4.3 limited slip diff in the rear. I am looking at putting a 4.3 diff with a Lock-Right diff in.
I understand the Lock-Right can't be installed in a carrier with the limited slip.
My question is a 2 spider or a 4 spider diff stronger? I have been told a 2 spider is stronger....
Will they both fit my truck?

Thanks

4 spider is the one you want, but I'm pretty sure you can get a Lokrite to suit an lsd

could you fit the lsd to the front and use the open carrier for the lockright in the rear?

Lsd centre will fit a hi pinion, I've done it
Jeremy
If you break it... build it stronger.
