rotating winch mounts

rotating winch mounts

just wondering if you can rotate the winch mounts on a ep9i superwinch? i have been told i can, also can you swap the end at which the motor slots on to the cable drum?

Because of the way most winch brakes work, Brakes that are inside of the drum, the pull of the rope needs to come of the drum ,in the direction that it was designed.
