Does any have a contact or so where i can source a full alloy radiator to suit a 1999 courier ?

Try a1 radiators in chch

You can sorce alloy Rads for just about anything through partmaster etc,

Last time I required a new radiator we cut down a truck intercooler and had tanks made, but that was cooling a rb30det with minimal air flow so heaps of coolant storage was a good thing...would probably apply to a ute stuck up to its headlights in mud too.
