13b+t help turning diesle up?

have just put a top mount on my 13b+t is only boosting 5psi and only geting up to 400C on the egt its running a aeroplane turbo with no wastegate have bean told to turn the diesle up with push the boost up cannont find any info on which screw to turn any help be good
