Series parts in Christchurch

Hi all,

I've been given a *lot* of series 2/2a parts -- diffs, springs, half shafts, doors, panels, roofs, windows, electrics, heaters, hinges, alternators, starters, rims, tyres, lights, electrics and goodness knows what. There's about 5-6 pallets stacked high with bits.

I don't want to keep this stuff, but I am on the look out for a couple of replacement glazed door tops and maybe some help finding and installing a cat-flap rear door for my 2A LWB.

Does anybody know of anyone that would be interested in taking (preferably) the whole lot off my hands? Or doing some sort of swap?

Apparently there's a chap out Rolleston way who has paddocks full of Land Rovers -- does anybody know where he is or how to contact him? (Maybe I could drive it all out there and give it to him?)

Thanks!

I think the place you are refering to is at:

856 Jones Road,
Rolleston

Its just by the entrance to Izone Drive and easy to spot.

Another place that wrecks rovers that may be interested is:

Southern 4wd,
58 Lismore St
(behind AMI Stadium)
(03) 365-2989

Go see the fella on Jones road, cant remember his name.

I bought a lot of gear off him when I had my 2a.

He lives out there in his motorhome on the weekends, but if not his mbl number is on a sign on the fence.

Thanks all. Went out to Jones Road with a whole lot of spares for the guy out there. He was real pleased :)
