What compression should you get for td27T

What compression should you get for td27T

I bought a compression tester and checked each cylinder. they were all reading within 20psi of each other. But the reading was like 520psi average.

I that to high or did I a Crank to long?

the manual says 427psi standard.
maybe cranking rpm was a bit high? or head has been skimmed ??
