Hi My son is looking to buy a HZJ73 Cruiser with the 1HZ and it has a compression leak down test as follows
92 490
94 495
94 495
90 485
90 485
92 490
it has 313000 ks and my question is, is the above test ok.
Cheers :D

I don't know what your first number is but if the second number 1s lbs of compression, That is good.

Leak down tests are usually measured by percentage and need to be under 20 percent

The first row of numbers are under the heading (on the result sheet) leak down.

so the 92 would presumably equal 8% leakage.
Look all good at those figures.
Rule of thumb is worst compression should be at least 90% of the best, so you're well in there :D
Leak down is really to find where air is leaking (eg rings, valves) but at those small figures not an issue.
Any questions ask who-ever did the test for you :)
