GEN 1 STEERING DAMPER

Hi all i was wondering if anyone has fitted a steering damper to there gen1 pajero mine is a swb 2.5tdi.
does anyone know if there is a kit i could buy or would it be easy to make somthing fit of say a hilux or similar??
