1992 nissan terrano diesel turbo

hey everyone im new to this site, and have a couple of questions....my terrano has a diesel leak from the fuel pump it is looking like it is coming out of the big nut (or wat ever it is) in the middle of the fuel pipes on the pump.

and the second on is i have automatic front hubs for engaging 4wd and want to change it to manuel ones , is it much of a job?

If you're experienced with doing mechanical things auto-manual hubs is easy swap. You'll need a special tool to fix fuelpump if its that nut thing, may be easier to take to a garage
