d21 rear bushes

i know u guys have done this just wanting to know how much were the bushes which ones to replace .nolathane etc.. and do i need a press for the trail arms?

I would like to know the same as I have done most of the front of mine so far along with the rear sway bar

Nolathane doesn't last long. Rubber ones best, most flex
Last time I pressed out rear bushes had to use an electric over hydraulic 90 ton as the 20 ton wouldn't even look at them
Loud bang when they did move.
Pays to put a chamfer on the leading edge of the outer to ease the press in

Save some money. If it isn't used on-road to much, then just remove the sway-bars. Then you don't need to buy bushes.
My local WOF guy is fine with me removing them.

If you're talking about the trailing arm bushes, then if you go rubber, get O.E. only. The cheapo replica ones don't last.
I run Nolathane, they've been there for years, but I don't get offroad as much as I'd like.
They are a bitch to get out, the best way I've found is to press the rubber out of the shell, then carefully hacksaw (or if you're good, gas) the shell, and it'll fall out. Nolathane just pushes in, you'll need to press the rubber one's back in.
Swaybar bushes are simple...I use Nolathane again, but they are stiffer than rubber. Anything will work ok here though...
