Hey can any of you experts out there help me and a mate out about turning a 80 series cruiser into a ute pretty cool project that I can share with photos any info would be awesome thanks

Google it. Plenty of them have been done. Some of then even look really good.

Yeah I was trying to short cut the system to see if anyone had done it them selves and would offer some advice that might make it easier for us lol

Nice pic, there is a guy down gore doing them for the cow farmers.... he's got no style tho just does a flat back with very little curve at the edge

got a relative with a 80 Ute

he has cut it off just behind the rear seats and put a hilux deck on it he had to make the deck a bit wider but looks mint

Father n law did one into a double cab and they put a custom deck on the back. Looked really tidy.

Used a Navara Back wall as he couldnt get a Hilux one. Dont know to much info though but can find out if you need it.
