Hey dude, Welcome along to the wonderful world of ORE.

I would suggest joining a club as you get access into some cool spots that you wouldnt otherwise get the chance too.

I would suggest looking around for a club that suits your needs.

I can recommend the Norwest OHV Club (but I am slightly biased  )

There is also the Shore Four Wheelers or Auckland 4wd Club.

Cheers

Caleb

Welcome to the Jeep world and ORE.

Come along to the club meeting and see how that interests you. I would recommend Auckland 4wd Club, but I am slightly biased......

http://www.auckland4wd.org.nz/visitors/article.asp?article=-1008017485&catpage=1&pagename=/visitors/default.asp or Club's Facebook page.

Thankfully my wife drives a Jeep too. I don't get any push back from her. We are a Jeep family.

Just a quick question.

Is this 55 dollars per car or per person in the car?

And also would i have a good time there in a completly standard 4x4 with your average at tyres?

I was thinking of going when i finally get my 4x4 before and after i did mods to see the difference. But if its pointless going completely bog standard ill obviously have to wait.

Its per car.....
The tracks are graded and set for std vehicles. There are by passes around and tricky bits and you can always make your own...Its mostly sand based so you can get away with road tyres but in the clay parts muddies are the go....
