hi , just had a 2"body lift installed and am left with the resulting 2" gap between the bumpers and chassis . is there a quick fix for this ? i can't afford and expensive bull bar mod at the moment but will be looking into it further down the road .
can you buy brackets to relocate the bumpers or can anyone show me what they've done with theirs .
would like to lift the bumpers up to keep flush with the body if pos for now ...
don't really wana pull them off either , prefer to avoid daily pullovers by the feds

If you cant do it your self, give these guys a call, they do alot of this kind of thing and are really good to deal with.

Its also the kind of thing your local panel beater might be able to sort...compare prices.

dunno if it applies to your truck mate coz theres no pics included in your thread but when we body lifted my flatdeck cruiser we sat the ARB bar up on some bits of 50x50 box section ontop of the chassis rails to give it the 50mm lift to match the body then we cut open the bottom of the mounts and welded some plate on to pick up the lower bolt holes through the chassis and bolted it all back up

cheers fellas ...after a bit of searching on the internet i found a bit of a how too. seems an easy enough job ...the front involves making a bit of a bracket out of a plate up using a template and for the back as sadam says some 50mm box steel.

will post some pics later.

How did you get on with the front bumper? I'm about to have a go at raising it in line with the body myself
