No, they don't come with lsd's unless you get an aftermarket one. In which case you're better off buying an arb

Aftermarket Limited Slip Diffs are readily available but do come at a cost.

Standard diffs heads are upgradeable to stronger 4-pinion centres (about $250 for second hand centres) if you are looking for stronger diffs.

you could fit a Detroit Truetrac mechanical LSD
they make one for the rover diff

personally i think a Auto or selectable locker is much better for off road use
