Hi I have never had an oil warning light on my terrano 2.7td dash.... always going to fix it up but never did. I recently had to replace the dash and once again no oil light. Must be on the engine side of the wiring but where is the sender on the engine?
Any advice would be appreciated
cheers

Its just behind (further rearward) of the injector pump (drivers side of block).
If you can't see it, then either you're not looking hard enough, or someones removed it and bunged it up

Check Arvinslayers picture in this thread
http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz/Forums/ ... 4&start=15You can see sender just above arrowhead pointing to fuel pipe. Next to dipstick tube in picture

its a single wire with black female spade like connector...shouldn't miss it, follow the main wire loom bundle going down from battery and it will come out roughly half way down, by memory green and yellow wire (don't quote)
