fuel range on a 3L or 5L hilux

just as a matter of interest,

what fuel burn are you getting from these engines, i typically get about 8.5 km per litre or 24 miles per gallon, from a 5L, I wasn't expecting a hybrid car or anything, but thought i might get at 10km/litre, that's town and country driving.

After having a 5L turboed a 2lte and now a 3l non turbo all have been round the 9.5-11.5 l/100km depending on driving and load. mostly getting 10l/100km with the turbo'd 5l i had.

5l in my work van non turbo with auto loaded with crap i get around 12/13ltr per 100k 50/50 open road motorway V around town

My old 5l in my 2003 hilux with 32s i got 500-600km a tank

New 1994 hilux is 3l and with 31s i got 450-500km to a tank think tanks 65ltrs????

hummm yer, i think mines not to bad,
I heard with bigger tires, and no canopy, which mine has, fuel consumption gets a bit worse,
