Which Spotlight

I have read the couple of threads on spotlights, but feel there are more questions still unanswered.

I have been looking at the following Lights

Gamma Xenon HID Work Lamp http://www.narva.co.nz/EmergencyLighting_9.html

Predator 4000 Driving Lamps

These seem to be about the best that are being offered currently on the market that I can see. Price is going to be the deciding factor in the end, but daydreaming at this stage who can comment on the above?

Just an addition the configuration I was thinking would be a flood type and a pencil beam (or 2 maybe). Not that I have seen it, but would be quite neat if the pencil beam was on a mount which allowed it to be swivelled manually ie as a spotlight so would need full rotation?
