2lt hard to get over 80km

So I done this at it seems to of gotten... better but not great yet. although upon doing this the truck is smoking alot more than it was before so maybe over fuelling now ? 4 and 5 gear are still... underfuelled from the feeling.
Alot of the airlines in the enging bay are not where they should be from standard... But even from looking at the airline diagrams I cant figure out what is supposed to go where and how can i bypass the broken VSV valve ?
Please help... I am almost at the end of my tether!
