tranz diffs and transfer box oils

Am planning on changing my diffs and manual tranz oil this weekend in my 1990 gen1 paj before the christmas camping trip can anyone tell me how much oil i need to buy and is a good quality 80/90 all i need? diffs are non lsd to.
