Snorkel, rear bar, side bars, cut the rear wheel arches out, reindex the torsion bars give it a 2" body lift and fit 33x10.5 mt's. Mount a truck based radio, add gps, kit out the interior with storage areas and cargo mount points, take out the carpet, waterproof the motor and breath all boxes/diffs & dzzy if petrol back into cab. Replace the stereo and your away.

And don't forget the mini ITX PC running XP with wireless internet, DVD and mp3's running through the head unit with 500W amp, 6x9s, 12" sub and viewed on an 8" dash mounted screen.
But seriously if yours is the same as mine

Cheers Ryan, saw an ARB one in a shop on Friday. Looks real nice indeed, winch ready but at $1800.00 landed in Chch, way too expensive for me.
