South Islander up north

hi im doing a trip around nz for 5months and have come up from south canterbury and currently over xmas are at my partners farm in the wairarapa we in my hzj73 land cruiser mainly looking around tramping with abit of 4wding. dont want to risk to much 4wding as on our own far from home! already been stuck and mrs was not happy! but i notice truck is starting to smoke abit more and thinking should i get the those injectors serviced can anyone help? is it worth it,who is best and most trust worthy to talk to around these parts? us southerners are very wary of this northern island!!
