Hi guys so today i thought it would be a great idea to do an oil and filter change on my 1990 4d56tdi and at the same time fit my cappillery line for my oil pressure guage

i have removed the oil pressure switch and have tryed to fit the brass adapter into the hole unsure what thread it is but looks close as. Does anyone know if i need to buy a different adapter? the one that came in the kit just wont fit grrrrrrr. I got the kit from super cheap auto comes with the white nylon tube and a bag of brass adapters and other fittings.

all done it was a bsp fitting i hate running that cappilery pipe i ended up buying some vacume hose to sleeve it with hopfully give it some protection under the dash and engine bay aswell as cable ties eveywhere.

yeah that why i prefer electric. nothing like hot oil pissing everywhere, especially if it leaks behind the dash!
