magellan GPS help

hi guys, looking for some info on the magellan 500 gps.

any one know how to up-load NZ maps on to these. or any websites to download from.

we found one website but that was gona cost 120bucks to download

any help appriciated

I think you need to make a Magellan RMP (GPS handhelds) & VantagePoint map.

Basically the software grabs map data from the selected source and converts it into the desired map type.

Its a bit complicated to explain so you need to read and read and try it out.
I tend to get maps for the area I am going to visit....
