Hi
I have purchased a 1993 vitara jlx.
It is due for an oil change. What grade do you recommend?
I don't trust the advice of pimply youths, younger than my vehicle. When they look lost and have to read the back of the containers it is clear they are not sure either.
Is there anything else I should look at doing (fuel filters etc).
I am a complete noob at all this stuff but want to look after this vehicle as it has 200K on the clock and is my new fishing wagon (RIP Bighorn).

Thanks

im using castrol 20 50 in mine if you look in the manual you can use about 3 grades i think i also put a bit of moreys/lucas oil stabiliser in the oil as well use a good quality oil filter as well drain the oil when its still hot and be careful not to burn youself and keep the oil changes regular im doing oil and filter every 10000km
