On the top of the inlet manifold, about between 3 and 4 there is a relief valve. I just removed mine and got a plug from Waitemata Hydraulics and plugged off the opening.

Mine was quite easy to undo just used some big poly grips

I also undid the four bolts on the riser part of the manifold and the hose clamps after the turbo, removed that section so I could clean it all up & remove the butterfly in the throttle body. Mine was leaking around the seals as yours appears to be, cleaned it all up and just chucked a bolt through with some sealant. I had already disconnected the vaccuum so removed the actuator as well. Dosent leak anymore & will do until the intercooler goes in

plugged off the valve and put a intercooler on over the weekend and had a play at the river on the way back it was only giving me around 5psi so tonight i had a fiddle with some hoses which didnt do anything the took the intercooler off and had another fiddle still the same took the pipe off the wastegate and it went up to 10psi im thinking my boost taps rooted (just a cheap one) but i would of thought that it would boost way more than 10 with the wastegate not opening
am i missing something or is it just a leak im not picking up on???

We need to see some pictures of your plumbing setup to get a better idea of what is going on.
What part of the country are you in?

Hi mate,
My 2c worth would be take the boost tap off and go for a run on open boost and see if it goes over 10psi.
My experiences with those taps have never been anything but problems.
If your a little rough you can control your boost with a drill bit
Just slide the hose off the turbo side pipe a little so you can revert it back to factory boost by simply sliding the hose back on again
Cheers
Caleb

free boosting is a really good way to ruin a turbo really quickly, if you use your terrano as a daily driver then not advisable to free boost, unless you have spare turbos and are really good at changing them on the side of the road!
just my thoughts

Intercoolers back on and its running 15psi which is ok i supose still but it still slow ( just got my kingswood on the road so everything else is slow)
might have a play with the fuel this weekend then try and get a bigger turbo and run 25 - 30psi
what turbos are straight bolt on with little to no modification that can handle that sort of boost? or will i have to do a sh*t load of work to fit one
